Being on the water during the summer is a fun way to spend a few hours, but imagine combining a relaxing sail around Cardiff Bay with another lush way to treat yourself - sitting down to afternoon tea and a bottomless prosecco.
That option can now be a reality as Cardiff Cruises has introduced an 'Afternoon Tea at Sea' option on Saturdays throughout the summer and for the rest of 2023. Diners can enjoy finger sandwiches, cakes and even upgrade to a bottomless prosecco option while on a two-hour cruise around the bay, sailing by the waterfront landmarks and views out to sea.
Starting on Saturday, July 1 the first three sessions (July 1, 22 and 29) are already fully booked but there's plenty of availability for the rest of the summer, with departures from Mermaid Quay. You can find out more about the boat trip with afternoon tea, here.

Cardiff Cruises also offer cruises to Flatholm Island between April and October and the Cardiff Bay Sightseeing Tour around the bay with stops at the Penarth Barrage and an on-board guide - if you don't fancy tea and cake with your Cardiff views.
