The hotly-anticipated House of Gucci film finally hit cinemas on Friday (November 26th) – and now one lucky pair can take it to the next level and actually stay at the luxurious Italian villa.

Villa Balbiano will transport fashion fans to the height of ‘90s Italian opulence with the “finest art and furniture from past centuries.”

Located in Lake Como, it is the fictional home of the Gucci family patriarch Aldo Gucci’s in the film, played by Al Pacino.

It boasts six extravagant suites – complete with lavish gardens, recognised by the British Society of Garden Designers, an outdoor swimming pool, a private pier and idyllic surrounding views.

“Inside, its historic interiors have been filled with finest objets d’art and furniture of past centuries, sourced from Sotheby’s and Christie’s,” the host added.

In reality, the historical palazzo dates back to the 16th century and belonged to the famous Cardinal Tolomeo Gallio. The Italian cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church then expanded the grandeur estate to host high society festivals, banquets and dances.

Based on the book, “The House of Gucci” by Sara Gay Forden, Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci follows the family legacy and reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately…murder.

The film features Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani along with Adam Driver, Jared Leto, and Salma Hayek

Bookings for Villa Balbiano open on Monday, December 6 at 5pm (GMT) at the cost of $1,125 (£845) for the night. The lucky pair will stay in the master suite, with access to Villa Balbiano’s lavish amenities.

The catch? The host is only offering a single stay to one guest and a plus one, so set your alarms.
