Scrambler yobs were stopped by police riding along 97 Avenue.
Officers said they seized a bike - believed to have been stolen - after they ‘disturbed’ a group outside Anfield.
The thoroughfare is dedicated to the 97 innocent men, women and children who were unlawfully killed as a result of the Hillsborough tragedy.
