The Yankees officially activated outfielder Aaron Judge off the injured list ahead of New York’s game vs. the Orioles on Friday. As a corresponding move, the team sent infielder Oswald Peraza to AAA Scranton Wilkes-Barre.
Judge has been out since June 3, when he injured his toe banging into the right field wall in Dodger Stadium while making a catch. The right fielder, who has 19 home runs and a 1.078 OPS on the season, officially missed 42 games while recovering from the injury.
