Wychwood Festival 2023: Who’s performing and how to get tickets

Nominated as the “Best Family Festival” every year in the UK Festival Awards, Wychwood Festival will be making Cheltenham Racecourse its new location, looking to rock those of all ages.

Contemporary music, comedy, workshops, lots of children’s activities, and plenty more is on offer for the weekend event.

The first announcement of acts for the 2023 festival has been made public and it looks set to delight music fans aplenty.

Who’s headlining Wychwood Festival?

Scottish rock legends Travis have been announced as headliners for the festival.

The band is famous for hits including Why Does It Always Rain On Me? and Side, and they have won a number of BRIT awards along the way.

Travis are no strangers to playing the festival scene and have performed at Glastonbury, Scotland’s T in the Park, Isle of Wight, Coachella, and Japan’s Fuji Rock.

The band will be making their way to Gloucestershire as a Southern UK Exclusive.

Who else is performing at Wychwood Festival?

Travis will be sharing the stage with fellow Scots The Proclaimers.

The twin brother duo first stepped into the music scene 35 years ago, and became a global success, selling five million albums worldwide.

The Proclaimers will be making a beeline to Wychwood Festival while on their sold-out 35-date tour across the UK and Ireland.

Meanwhile, M People’s Heather Small will be joining the impressive 2023 line-up.

Soul sensation Small has one of the most distinctive voices in the music scene, which saw M People go on to sell a whopping 10 million albums worldwide with hits including Moving On Up, One Night in Heaven, and Fantasy Island.

When is Wychwood?

Wychwood Festival 2023 takes place on Friday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4, 2023, with doors opening at 9am.

The festival will be at the Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire.

How can I get tickets?

Super early and early bird tickets for the weekend with camping are now sold out.

You can purchase Tier 1 now for £129.50 for adults and £64.50 for children, with Under-10s free, at the Wychwood Festival site.
