In the wake of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ arrest, a sex tape of the disgraced rapper with a “high-profile” celebrity is allegedly being “shopped around”. The lawyer of one of Diddy’s accusers made the claim, saying somebody was trying to sell the tape.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd dropped the bombshell on NewsNation, telling guest host Laura Ingle: “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood.
“But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.
She didn’t share the identity of the alleged person in the video, claiming she was able to confirm who they were after seeing “stills”, though she did not watch the video itself.
“Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is — I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs,” she alleged.
“I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible… there’s no question of if it’s that person in the video,” she claimed.
However, she told the host she had reservations about whether or not participation in the video was consensual, alleging that Diddy had hidden cameras in his Atlanta home, where she believes the video was filmed.
“It does seem like… the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they were being videotaped. It didn’t seem like they were an active participant in the videotaping. It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded,” she alleged.
Lawyer claims other perpetrators involved in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs case will shock
Meanwhile, a lawyer who is representing over 100 alleged victims in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs case, has warned there will be a “long list” of names of perpetrators that will eventually emerge.
Tony Buzbee made the claims in a statement during a press conference in Houston, on Tuesday local time.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” he declared.
“The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names. It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure — damn sure — that we’re right before we do that.
“The names will shock you.”
Buzbee is planning to start filing lawsuits over the next 30 days in various states, and told those involved to “come forward now”.
“I would imagine that as we speak here, there are a myriad of people who are very nervous. You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever. I would expect there are many people out there right now who are desperately searching their memories as they delete their texts and data,” he said.
Buzbee has also shared details about one of the alleged victims, who was just nine years old when he was allegedly sexually abused by Diddy.
A lawyer representing Diddy, Erica Wolff, dismissed the allegations in a statement to Page Six.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasised, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” she began.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
Diddy is currently held in prison without bail and is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. A trial date has not yet been set.
