Wrexham vs Notts County TV channel, live stream and how to watch National League

Wrexham host Notts County today in a National League showdown that could decide who wins promotion to League Two.

Both sides are level on 100 points, streets ahead of Woking in third and fighting it out for the sole promotion spot in the National League. Notts moved top on Good Friday after a 3-0 defeat of Wealdstone while Wrexham suffered a shock 3-1 loss to FC Halifax Town.

Wrexham do have a game-in-hand on Notts so defeat to Luke Williams' side would not be a disaster, but it would hand the momentum to the visitors to the Racecourse Ground as the season nears its end. Notts and Wrexham have taken the National League by storm, losing only five games between them and netting over 100 goals each.

That is why there is so much anticipation around today's match and because it is being held on Easter Monday, the game can be broadcast on television domestically even though it kicks off at 3pm. As the game is not being played on a Saturday, the blackout rule does not apply and BT Sport have picked the game for their slot on Easter Monday with coverage beginning at 2:30pm on BT Sport 1.

The channel can be accessed through Sky, BT TV and Virgin Media while the match can also be streamed through BT Sport's online platforms. Wrexham, owned by American actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, are looking to avenge last season's play-off defeat to eventual winners Grimsby Town with promotion back into the EFL.

Notts, meanwhile, have been out of the EFL for nearly four years. "Whatever the score was on Friday and however Notts did, we will approach the game in a positive way and we need to play better as we did," Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson said after the Halifax game.

"We have got to be honest, after the goals they got, they were hungrier all over the pitch, and we need to show more fight as a team to get through that period. "We have done that all season, we have had goals against us in games and we have responded really well. But on Friday, we didn't and we need to look at that and respond."
