The touchline conversion is never an easy task, but this effort is a prime example of exactly how not to do it.
The clip comes from a game between Pontllanfraith RFC and Cwmcarn, where Pontllanfraith ran out 46-8 victors.
It has rapidly become one of the most-watched rugby videos on the platform this week with over 1.5 million views in just six days after the club posted it.
The strike comes from Welshman Ceri Gardner, and despite his best efforts, he completely shanks the conversion. You can hear him exclaim "F*****g hell!" as the ball bounces just short of the try line and far wide of the uprights.
Hysterical laughter is heard from the spectators behind the camera. The camera spins around to team-mate Mark Henry who bursts out into laughter and says "It's because you were f*****g filming!"
You can watch the video below (Warning: Strong language).
Viewers on TikTok also saw the funny side of things of the kick, which actually happened a few years ago..
"Dude is kicking a leather ball from 1985" joked one.
"I’ve watched that several times and I am sure he gets further away every time" quipped another.
