Sharon Osbourne welled up during an interview on TalkTv as as she announced her departure from her now role.
The tv personality broke down when she revealed that she would be stepping down as host from her new talk show.
Rock Star Ozzy Osbourne has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, which has Sharon feeling "very worried" for her husband of 40 years.
The 73-year-old icon also is fighting a number of other health problems he has come down with in the last few years, the Mirror reports.
Because Sharon is rushing back to Los Angeles, she will not be able to present her new hour-long debate show The Talk, which airs Monday to Friday at 9pm on the newly launched channel TalkTV.
Getting emotional this afternoon during an interview aired on TV, Sharon spoke about her hubby's shock diagnosis.
She said: "Ozzy was only diagnosed in the middle of the night our time.
"I spoke to him and he's OK. I am very worried about Ozzy right now.
"We've gone two years without him catching Covid and it's just Ozzy's luck it would be now."
Sharon then explained how when she gets home to her hubby she will "hold him and kiss him," adding that she will do so with "about three face masks on".
"My family is my life," explained the star, adding: "I can't believe my luck. I'm missing the show and I've only been there three days.
"I can't believe it. Three days and I'm missing the show but I will be back. I know I will.
"It will take me a week to get my old man back on his feet again and I will be back.
"Unfortunately, he was diagnosed in the middle of the night when the family was sleeping so I haven't spoken to them yet. But they'll rally round. They'll be with him.
"You're going to see me back on air in a week.
"I know my husband. We're going to get him back on his feet and we're going to get a negative test by next week."
This comes three days after Sharon's show The Talk, which she hosts alongside Jeremy Kyle, first debuted on TalkTV.
