Brits looking for luxury holidays on a budget may want to consider the likes of Bangkok, Brussels and Verona.
That's because the hotspots have been named some of the world's best cities for luxury without breaking the bank, in a new ranking.
The analysis looked at the most popular cities around the world and their average costs for luxury travel factors, including the costs of 5* hotels, spa hotels, Michelin star meals, and luxury car hire.
It concluded that the place where your money will go the furthest when you're holidaying in style is Bangkok, Thailand.
To spend a day and night there in a five-star hotel while riding around in a luxury car before dropping in for a Michelin star meal will set you back will cost you slightly over £400.
In second place is Brussels, Belgium. The city was considered affordable across the board, particularly when it came to the cost of a five-star hotel (£291) and luxury car hire (£121).
Brussels is the most affordable European destination among the cities ranked, known for its chocolate, beer, and museums.
The most affordable city for Michelin star dining is Athens, Greece. The average cost of a set menu in Athens is £83, the Money.co.uk analysis found.
The most affordable destination when it comes to booking a spa hotel is Osaka, with an average nightly rate of just £143 per night.
For some people, even the most budget luxury city experience will be far too expensive as the cost of living crisis continues to bite.
Emma Andrew is one of an increasingly large number of Brits who have been priced out of the holiday market.
The 36-year-old holds down three jobs as a support worker, teaching assistant and cleaner and despite working practically non-stop, she regularly goes without meals.
The Bromley, Kent mum is determined that her 15-year-old son - who occasionally comes with her to work in the evenings - has as happy a childhood as possible.
"We haven't gone away this year, there is no way I could afford it," Emma told The Mirror.
"My son was nine when we last went away, to Portugal. We had to scrimp and save to do that."
