Ian Wright believes there should be no debate surrounding the inclusion of Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold in the England squad for the World Cup.
Gareth Southgate is set to announce his squad for Qatar on Thursday and Alexander-Arnold 's inclusion has been debated for some time amongst England fans.
Alexander-Arnold has won every major honour for Liverpool, but Southgate is yet to get the best out of the 24-year-old and often opts for the likes of Kyle Walker and James Reece in the right-back slot.

Wright told The Ringer’s Wrighty’s House podcast that Alexander-Arnold is one of those special players who can create moments of magic on the biggest of stages.
“I don’t care what anybody says. Trent Alexander-Arnold should be going because I’m all about special teams,” Wright said. "I’d say the same about Ivan Toney. Let’s go back to Beckham 99, you need someone to put ball in the right place in the right time, and he did it.
“If you’re going to take somebody to the World Cup and he might not get a minute then why not take a Trent Alexander-Arnold, who can come on and deliver that?”
