World Book Day 2023 costumes for girls and boys from B&M, Sainsbury's, Asda and more

World Book Day is just around the corner, so it's time to get planning an outfit for the kids.

Taking place on Thursday, March 2, World Book Day celebrates the importance of getting children interested in reading and the joy that can come from enjoying a good book. The day is marked in 100 countries around the world.

On World Book Day, every child in full-time education will be given a voucher, which they can spend on a book of their choice. If your child will be dressing up to mark the occasion, you might be looking for some last minute costume ideas.
