Mark Garrity, Chancerygate's development director and head of the Birmingham office, said: "We are very pleased to have achieved practical completion with more than 85 per cent of the scheme's units now sold or under offer and the remaining two units attracting plenty of interest.
"There is significant demand in the region for strategically located grade A industrial space clearly evidenced by the successful disposal of units at the development and in the strong interest we have for the final two units."
