'Word is out now' - Barnsley boss gives exciting view on Liverpool's Conor Bradley in Bolton loan

Barnsley boss Michael Duff believes Conor Bradley was excellent for Bolton Wanderers in the draw against his side and believes the word is out about how well the Liverpool loanee is doing.

The 19-year-old is spending the campaign out on loan at the University of Bolton Stadium from the Anfield club. He has established himself as the club's first choice at right wing-back.

Aside from missing the loss to Cheltenham Town on the road, where he was rested, he has played every game in League One for Bolton. He has scored three goals and the same number of assists in all competitions this campaign.

Northern Ireland international Bradley played against the Tykes too and was one of the more influentional players for the hosts in the encounter. Duff spoke of the Liverpool loanee and his admiration for him.

He believes teams are aware of his quality and that his former side Cheltenham were pleased when they saw he was absent from the Wanderers matchday squad that day. He also revealed the regard in which those at Wanderers hold the Liverpool loanee.

Duff said: "Conor Bradley's an excellent player. The word is out now, I went to watch Bolton at Cheltenham and they were delighted he wasn't playing.

"I know a few people at Bolton from my Burnley days and they were waxing lyrical about him. I thought he was excellent again today."
