Women's Euro 2022 final: Date, kick-off time and TV channel

The Women's Euro 2022 kicks off on Wednesday when England host Austria at Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium.

The month long tournament will be played at grounds across England and the iconic Wembley Stadium will play host to the final, with the Lionesses hoping to emulate the Netherlands in 2017 and lift the trophy in front of their home supporters.

Spain are seen as the favourites to win the tournament, with England closely behind them. And France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway will all be vying for not only a spot in the final but will have genuine optimism that they can win the competition outright.

The Women's Euro 2022 final will take place on July 31, kicking off at 5pm.

As well as showing all the group games live, BBC will be showing the final live on both TV and their BBC Sport website, as well as BBC iPlayer.

It has yet to be revealed whether the final will be shown on BBC1 or BBC2.
