A woman whose mother gave her the world's most unusual name which has 1,019 letters has revealed she loves her unusual moniker.
On September 12, 1984, Sandra Williams gave birth to her baby daughter and decided she wanted to give her a name that was truly unique.
In order to ensure her girl's name was truly something that would stand out - and get her a place in the Guinness Book or World Records, she decided to give her a name longer than anyone else's.
So at first Sandra settled on Rhoshandiatellyneshiaunneveshenk Koyaanisquatsiuth Williams which was recorded on her birth certificate.
But three weeks later the girl's parents decided it just wasn't long enough, so they filed an amendment which made it 1,019 letters long and added a 36-letter middle name, according to The Mirror.
After the change, her name became Rhoshandiatellyneshiaunneveshenkescianneshaimondrischlyndasaccarnae renquellenendrasamecashaunettethalemeicoleshiwhalhinive'onchellecaundenesh eaalausondrilynnejeanetrimyranaekuesaundrilynnezekeriakenvaunetradevonneya vondalatarneskcaevontaepreonkeinesceellaviavelzadawnefriendsettajessicanneles ciajoyvaelloydietteyvettesparklenesceaundrieaquenttaekatilyaevea'shauwneorali aevaekizzieshiyjuanewandalecciannereneitheliapreciousnesceverroneccalovelia tyronevekacarrionnehenriettaescecleonpatrarutheliacharsalynnmeokcamonaeloies alynnecsiannemerciadellesciaustillaparissalondonveshadenequamonecaalexetiozetia quaniaenglaundneshiafrancethosharomeshaunnehawaineakowethauandavernellchishankcarl inaaddoneillesciachristondrafawndrealaotrelleoctavionnemiariasarahtashabnequcka gailenaxeteshiataharadaponsadeloriakoentescacraigneckadellanierstellavonnemyiat angoneshiadianacorvettinagodtawndrashirlenescekilokoneyasharrontannamyantoniaaquin ettesequioadaurilessiaquatandamerceddiamaebellecescajamesauwnneltomecapolotyoajohny aetheodoradilcyana.
After the change her new birth certificate was reprinted and was 2ft long.
However, due to the impossible pronunciation, the girl, who is now in her 30s, just goes by Jamie.
When Jamie was 12 she appeared as a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show back in 1997 along with mum Sandra. who explained her decision to give her such a long name.
She told Oprah: "I had to do something to break a Guinness World Record. I had to make sure that her name was going to be unique.
"I didn't want her name to be like anybody else's.
"Her name had to be different and I had to be in the Guinness book."
After Sandra invented the name, Texas changed its law so parents could only choose a name for their baby which fitted within the 'name' box on the birth certificate form.
Sandra said before Jamie was born it took her six years to come up with the name idea, which she says is a combination of movies, cars and relatives.
However she admits teaching Jamie her own name was a bit of a struggle.
In the end she had to record the name on a tape and play it to her repeatedly.
Despite the obvious issues, Jamie now says she loves her unusual name, and says that the fame that comes with it meant she got to travel and miss school.
The Guinness World Record for the longest surname on record dates back to 1914.
Hubert Blaine, who died in 1997, went through life with a 747-letter name.
