A woman says she’s made £200k on OnlyFans in just six months – and has used the cash to buy a luxury van to see Europe. Beth Fiit, 26, started posting on the adult site in August 2022 and says it's completely changed her life.
She has gone from working in a bar job she hated to earning enough to travel the world. Beth bought a converted Ford Transit van for £20k with some of her OnlyFans money - which she plans to travel in now she has graduated. She said: “I started doing this while I was studying for my masters in novel writing.
"I make more in a month now than I ever did in a year in a bar. It’s changed my life in six months. And I actually bought a converted van so I’m going to travel around Europe for the foreseeable future.”
Beth decided to start an OnlyFans channel after being assaulted at her job in a sports bar. She claims she was grabbed and pinned to the ground by a customer - and decided online work would be safer.
After setting up her channel, she began posting on TikTok as a way of marketing her adult content. And after a couple of videos went viral – hitting over 10 million views – she saw her follower count skyrocket.
Despite most of her family and friends being supportive, she’s received cruel comments from trolls online who call her ‘fat’ or say she has cellulite. But now, in six months, Beth says she’s made nearly £200k and feels empowered by her job.
She said: "I had an Instagram already where I was doing fitness stuff and knew a lot of girls had done OnlyFans pages. I used to work in a sports bar and I really hated it. One day I went into work and there was a really rowdy stag group throwing cans at me and stools around the bar.
“I ran out to get a member of security and one of the guys grabbed me and pinned me to the ground. People say OnlyFans isn’t safe to be putting yourself out there, but I never felt so unsafe as when I was working a normal job.
“You just need one viral video and then it all changes and blows up. Within the first month I had one video with half a million views and within two months I had 10 million views. I probably get 99% hate comments on TikTok. I can’t believe how cruel people can be.
“I have had a few friends who say they don’t want anything to do with me now because they’re jealous - which is kind of a good thing because you weed out the unsupportive people. If I take a day off, I notice a hit to my earnings – it's a hard job to go and you do have to work hard but it is still a job and has to be seen like that.
“It’s just crazy that something that happened to me which was so unempowering and scary was the catalyst for me doing something that will change my life forever.”
