A woman who died at a cold water therapy camp used by stars including Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen and actor Stephen Graham has been named. Kellie Poole is reported to have been joining in a Breatheolution run session when she died after an incident in the water.
According to the Manchester Evening News the 39-year-old was pulled from the water and given CPR. Despite attempts to save her life she died at the scene.
The incident happened at the Peak District village of Buxworth on Monday April 25. Paramedics were called to the emergency at about 4.15pm.
Chesterfield Coroner's Court confirmed that it had received a file in relation to Ms Poole's death. She was reported to have visited the camp with a group from Manchester.
Breatheolution has previously been visited by the likes of Coleen Rooney - who was pictured there last October - as well as actor Stephen Graham and former Manchester United defender Chris Smalling. Therapist Kevin O'Neill runs the camp and charges up to £200 per person for the experience.
Mr O'Neill confirmed to the Manchester Evening News that the incident happened at Breatheolution. He said he was 'still trying to process' what happened and did not want to comment further.
