A woman was treated by paramedics following a three-vehicle incident in Alnwick in Northumberland on Wednesday morning.
Just before 8am, police received a report of a crash on Victoria Terrace. They were told that a car has collided with two stationary vehicles which were parked on the street.
Emergency services including two double crewed ambulances attended the incident and one woman was treated and discharged at the scene. The road remains shut and drivers are urged to avoid the area.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “At around 7.50am today (Wednesday) police received a report of a collision on Victoria Terrace in Alnwick. It was reported that a car collided with two stationary vehicles parked on the street.
“Emergency services are at the scene and the road is closed. One woman has been taken to hospital as a precaution.”
A spokesperson for the North East Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 7:56 to a three vehicle road traffic collision on Victoria Crescent. We dispatched two double crewed ambulances and one person was treated and discharged at the scene.”
