Woman thought she found the 'perfect' Christmas party outfit - until she saw the back

It can be a gruelling task to decide what to wear to a special event - whether you're making something work from your wardrobe or scouring the internet for a stylish new fit.

Having thought she found the "perfect" outfit to wear to a Christmas party, a woman was gobsmacked during her night out after discovering what the outfit looked like from behind.

Taking to TikTok, @scarphelia - who boasts more than 1,100 followers - admits she was "humbled" quickly after she saw photos of her stylish two-piece outfit from behind.

Scarphelia looked stunning in the pink glitzy co-ord, which she accompanied with a furry jacket, but she hilariously described that her behind resembled a "frog butt".

The woman's video, which she shared to the popular video-streaming service, has surpassed a whopping 5.1 million views since posting.

Captioning the post, she wrote: "How to get humbled real quick."

Sharing photos of her during her fun night out, she said: "What I thought I looked like at the Christmas party."

Showing a picture of her outfit from behind, she added: "What everyone else saw."

The TikToker, however, was keen to make light of the hilarious situation as she shared a follow-up video.

Beside a clip of her dancing with a pal followed by the same image, she wrote: "All gorgeous carefree girlies have perfect little frog butts."

Flocking to the comment section of the viral post, TikTok users were quick to praise the woman for her video and assured that she looked "gorgeous" regardless.

One person wrote: "Baby the back view is none of ur business, out of sight out of mind - you look gorgeous."

A second gushed: "Girl you're so real for this."

A third wrote: "This is so normal, I like an outfit then hold a mirror up to see the back and am repulsed. Humbles me real quick."

"Completely normal and you look great at both angles!" A fourth agreed.

A different user added: "Girl you're gorgeous, this is totally normal, this is why social media is so damaging!"
