A woman in her 50s is the latest person to die with COVID-19 in the Northern Territory, taking the toll since the start of the pandemic to 27.
SecureNT said the woman was from a remote community in the West Arnhem region and had underlying health issues.
Her death came as the Territory reported another 660 COVID-19 infections on Friday.
There are 48 people in hospital with the virus including two in intensive care.
Active cases across the NT stand at 3677.
