She hit the jackpot when she came across a host who had converted a Boeing 727 plane into a luxury oasis in the middle of the rain forest, boasting incredible views and unusual features.
Taking to TikTok to share the details of her stay, the woman, who posts under the TikTok handle @ abbsolutely_, gave viewers a full-blown tour of the converted plane - leaving many people shocked by the 'creepy' features that lay inside.
The decommissioned plane is nestled in the rainforest of Manuel Antonio national park in Costa Rica and looks straight out of a movie set thanks to its idyllic surroundings.
"The entire inside has been completely refitted", the woman excitedly explains, while panning the camera across the wood-panelled interior.
In the clip, she tells viewers that the plane boasts two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and even a living space with cosy chairs.
Walking over to one of the aircraft's wings, which has been converted to an outside space, the woman says: "The left wing is like a balcony so you can literally see the back of the plane and the jet, the front of the plane and you have such an amazing view of the ocean".
The views in the footage are breath-taking, as the clip pans onto crystal clear blue skies, seemingly endless rainforest views and the ocean.
Abbi continues to give viewers a tour of the 'back bathroom', a cabin-like room that features the same wood panelling throughout, before unveiling the 'creepy' bathroom nearby.
"This bathroom really creeps me out - so at the back you have a window where the jet or something was," she explains, before panning the camera up to the ceiling and adding "that goes up to the back tail kind of thing".
The 'seriously creepy' bathroom seems to keep many of the plane's original features, with a window that looks like a long tube and the ceiling lights hanging from the plane's tail.
Things get even quirkier when the woman shows footage of the other bedroom, as the large space features unusual lights that add to the charm.
"The lights are [made out of] Grey Goose bottles - so freaking cool," Abbi says, as she switches on the lamp to show viewers how they work.
Just when you think the plane-turned-property couldn't get any better, the woman shares 'her favourite' part of the plane - the second bathroom.
In a shocking revelation, Abbi shows footage of the incredibly unusual interiors, explaining: "This is the old cockpit and it's literally the bathroom".

The decommissioned cockpit retains all of its features - the only resemblance it has to a bathroom is the toilet and shower that have been plonked in the front of the 'room'.
"This is the coolest thing ever," the woman explains, as she shows the cockpit seats, original features and gigantic front window.
The cockpit's floor has been replaced with multi-coloured mosaic tiles, adding to the unusual feel of the interiors.
The woman concludes the incredible clip by explaining: "This is a resort hotel type thing in the middle of a national park. So they have a few different types of decommissioned aircrafts but I think this is the only entire plane that you can stay in, the rest are half of the plane or a cockpit".
The unusual Airbnb has left thousands of people stunned, as the video has already racked up more than 220,000 views in one day.
One commenter suggested that the aircraft is "defo the plane from Madagascar!!" while another joked "they took "Airbnb" and went literal".
Many TikTok users joked about the woman's use of the phrase 'decommissioned' in the video, with one saying: "glad u [sic] said it was decommissioned i was worried it would take off"
Others were quick to share their bewilderment at the Airbnb, with one commenting "THATS SO COOL WHAT!!!!" and another saying "this is incredible".
A handful of fearful flyers were creeped out by the property, with one writing: "That makes me feel sick... I think its because of the sheer size in the rainforest makes it look like its crashed".
