When ordering online, we all know that sometimes what we hoped to get isn't always what we receive.
From expensive armchairs that turn out to be furniture for dolls houses, to one woman who was recently hoping her purchase from PrettyLittleThing would make a stunning outfit for going out.
Fitness influencer Hayley Madigan has shared a look at a fashion fail she suffered after her order from PLT was delivered, as reported The Daily Star.
In a post on Instagram to her 491,000 followers, the influencer from Portsmouth shared a look at a black off-the-shoulder top she was sent - and it didn't live up to her expectations.

She explained how if she wore the item off-the-shoulders as it was intended it left her boobs "completely exposed", writing: "What I Ordered Vs What I got.
"And yes I’ve tried to lower the sides down on my shoulders but the ‘sleeves’ instantly fall down leaving my boobs completely exposed.
"PLT you did me dirty (this is meant to be the smallest size they do too)."
Alongside this, she shared a look at a model wearing the top on the company's website, followed by a picture of herself in the garment - and it's not quite right.
Hayley's post has gone viral, garnering over 10,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
One person branded online shopping 'questionable' and a 'risk', writing: "Oh noooooo! Honestly, I never order anything online that could potentially be questionable, can’t take the risk."
Another said: "Hehe that's the reason I don't buy online clothes."
Someone else posted: "I could have done one of these today a top I ordered from OhPolly came and it was utterly horrendous on me."
A different user added: "I have to return EVERYTHING I buy from PLT. So unrealistic."
But while many sympathised, some still thought the outfit looked "gorge" on Hayley.
The Mirror have contacted PLT for comment.
