Woman clung on for her life before 80ft fall in front of horrified boyfriend
A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after falling 80 foot down the side of a waterfall.
Cara Sutton, from Aigburth, had just recovered from covid and was desperate to get some fresh air when she and her boyfriend James decided to visit Coed-y-Brenin forest in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.
The couple were mountain biking and stopped near a bridge to stretch their legs and decided to walk up the side of the waterfall nearby.

As the 26-year-old walked up the steep incline, she slipped on one of the rocks and remembers clinging onto some moss as she desperately tried to pull herself up.
Cara's boyfriend James rushed to get help and found someone who happened to be a doctor who assessed her and kept her calm.

Reality of life on derelict TikTok housing estate Primrose Court
This is the reality of life on a derelict housing estate which became the focus of a viral TikTok video.
The footage of Primrose Court racked up more than five million views within 24 hours of being uploaded to the social media platform.
A voiceover on the video, which was created by a TikTok user scrolling on Google Street View, says: "Look at the f****** state of this street in Liverpool."

It shows derelict homes with their windows boarded back in September 2019, while music from the horror film Dead Silence plays over the top of it.
The ECHO has previously reported on the issues facing the housing estate, which was plagued by a spate of crime and anti-social behaviour.

Life in Merseyside's 'poshest' village
A Merseyside village was named 'one of the poshest' in the country.
According to a recent report from The Telegraph and Savills Estate Agents, Hightown is one of the 'poshest' villages in the UK.
The list named 54 'posh' villages up and down the country, with Hightown being one of them.
