If you would love to give your lashes a volume boost in seconds then you're in luck, as a beauty guru has shared a 'genius' hack to do just that.
To test out the simple trick you'll need a make-up staple: the classic eyelash curler. However, you'll need to use it in a different way than you might expect.
The tip, which is said to 'work like a dream', comes courtesy of @g33ldn. The popular TikTok user, named Georgia, who regularly tests the latest beauty trends explained she came across the advice after watching a video shared by fellow creator @audboos.
Delighted, Georgia gave the trick a go and the results speak for themselves.
As the beauty lover explained in her demonstration, you can give your lashes a boost by using a curler upside down. ''This works like a dream. Take your curlers and twist them upside down," said Georgia.
''Curl from halfway to the tip with the eyelash curler upside down. Then curl from the root to the middle point as you would normally would."
She continued: 'Then I'm just adding mascara as normal, but I'm so shocked at the results. Look how long my lashes are because that top bit is straight and you can see fully the lashes standing up.''
Georgia concluded: "I'm never going to curl my lashes any other way now. Look how long they are. The length of them, and they're not even clumpy. This girl is genius."
In response, the beauty guru who suggested the advice commented: "I'm glad it worked for you!!" Replying to Audrey, Georgia wrote: "Girl how did you even think of this, it's SO good!!"
It turned out she wasn't the only one impressed either, as several friends were quick to tag their friends to pass on the advice.
