Ordering at a restaurant's drive-thru is never an easy process - from having to shout your order from out of your car window, to employees very easily mishearing you and ultimately getting your order wrong.
But one woman on TikTok has been left furious after her recent experience at a Burger King drive-thru in the US, as her very simple request was met with a rude response from the man taking the orders.
The woman, named Breelyn, posted a video from her car which showed part of their exchange as she claimed that the employee was trying to make her feel bad for asking for her burger to come without pickles.

She wrote alongside the clip: "When the employee at Burger King tried to make you feel like s**t because you don't like pickles."
Breelyn, who posts under the username @breelynfaye, continued to say: "He had already cut me off while ordering, and we sat there for two or three minutes before I started recording. I was seriously trying to be extra polite! I didn't want him spitting in my food!"
In the video itself, Breelyn can be heard giving her order to the employee, where she asked for one "number four" meal, and one "number two" - but when she asked for "no pickles", the man was heard letting out a loud sigh.
The tone of his voice then sounded sharp as he asked her what drink she wanted, and then snapped: "Next window."
Breelyn's video currently has over 189,000 views and more than 2,000 comments - with many fellow fast-food employees completely baffled by the man's rude behaviour.
One person said: "I used to work in a drive-thru and I understand being frustrated, but this is just straight up disrespectful …this customer was so sweet."
While another added: "I work in customer service and no matter how bad my day is I would never treat someone like that. It’s not acceptable."
And a third wrote: "I hated when I worked in fast-food, but this is just wrong. I would never take my anger or frustration out on anyone."
