A woman has put her life on hold in a desperate search for her beloved French bulldog.
Yasmine Haezaert, a makeup teacher living in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, hasn't worked since Havoc disappeared more than two months ago.
Despite relying on her savings and the help of her family, the heartbroken woman has been unable to find her furry friend.
"I wouldn't wish this on anyone," she said.
The grey French bulldog went missing on January 13 in North Hollywood while Yasmine was working and her mother was watching him.
Havoc, who did not have a collar or an air tag on him at the time, ran out of their house and through the neighbourhood before he was picked up by someone.
Yasmine drove home in silence and searched all night.
For weeks, she drove around calling his name in the hopes of finding him, but it became apparent he was taken, and she hasn't seen him since.
Her mother told her that Havoc ran through the neighbourhood and into an opening that leads to another road where he was picked up.
Yasmine has left no stone unturned in her quest to find Havoc - following up on every single lead that comes her way.
She told Fox11: "I raised him and he's never known anything but happiness. We're so attached to each other. To me, he's saved my life so many times that I can do it for him. I wouldn't wish this on anyone."
She has enlisted the help of cadaver dogs, a detective with the local Los Angeles Police Department, private detectives, and intuitive, and animal psychics.
"There is no stone I will leave unturned," she said.
Yasmine's search for Havoc has not been in vain.
During the process, she has helped rescue three other dogs, proving that she is not just a caring dog owner but also a responsible member of the community.
Recently, Yasmine fostered a dog named Dopie, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Havoc.
Like Havoc, Dopie has IVDD, a spinal disorder that is common in French bulldogs. Despite undergoing surgeries, Dopie is now walking and much better.
Yasmineis offering an $8,000 reward for any information leading to Havoc's safe return.
The grey Blue brindle French bulldog is 25 pounds, has crooked bottom teeth, and a diamond-shaped white patch on his neck and a white patch between his legs.
