Her caption read: "You don't have to look perfect or do things perfectly to be enough.
"You don't have to be perfect to be enough. You are already enough just being you."
She added: "You've always been more than enough.
"We live in such a perfectionist society that makes us think we have to do all of these things and look this specific way to fit in.
"We might end up forgetting the most important things of them all; to cultivate self love and LIVE a life that makes us happy.
"We don't see all sides and versions. We never do. We only see the ones people choose to post. We see the small snippets.
"Small snippets which are often the best, prettiest, most flattering, aesthetic ones."
She finished the post off by reminding fans that social media can be great as long as people remember it's never reality.
Josephine concluded: "You don't need to be perfect. You just need to try your best to be you. Because you are gold, baby girl."
And in the same post, Josephine shared some great examples of how Instagram doesn't show everything.
The first photo shows the influencer posing in a bikini, while in another she can be seen a little more relaxed.
