A woman was hurt after a bin lorry and two cars crashed during rush hour.
Merseyside Police rushed to Birkenhead Road, at the junction of Kelvin Road in Woodside, Wirral at around 2.20pm on Wednesday, September 14 following reports of a crash. Once at the scene officers found three vehicles were involved, a bin lorry and two cars.
Merseyside Police requested assistance from the North West Ambulance Service, who treated one woman for minor injuries at the scene. It is unclear if she was taken to hospital.

The crash happened just after boats on the River Mersey paid tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II, with traffic already struggling as people left the area.
The road reopened around two hours later once vehicles were recovered from the scene.
