Woman hails swimsuit hack as a 'game-changer' if you don't want to wear a bra

A woman has shared a handy hack for the days that you don't want to wear a bra, describing it as a "game-changer".

Although summer may seem like a long time away, it'll be here before we know it - and sometimes, depending on the outfit you're wearing, bras can be really uncomfortable and ruin the look of your get-up.

But, by using a simple swimsuit, you can banish the need for a bra and remain comfortable throughout the warmer months while still having the support that you need.

The Mirror reports that the hack was shared on social media by TikToker @mik.whitney, who came across the tip when trying to find a more comfortable solution than wearing a bra.

She captioned the video: "This is a game changer!! Especially in the summer I HATE having to wear bras or even sticky bras (because they sweat off lol) buuuut I don't always want to completely free-ball it… SO I use double-sided tape and tape swimsuit or sports bra pads onto the inside of the dress! Works great!"

She explained that she wanted to wear a strappy dress one day but didn't want her bra to be visible, which lead to her discovering the pads trick.

Mikayla said: "So, it wasn't tight enough (the dress) to just stick swimsuit pads in it and have it stay put, or I didn't trust it to, but I did double-sided tape on the front of the pad and I pressed it against where I wanted it, and then it just stayed in place."

When she held the garment up in front of her, saying that the pads aren't visible once the dress was on.

In the comments, people were astonished by the hack, with many saying they were going to try it for themselves the next time they were wearing something with thin straps.

One wrote: "Why have I never thought about this!"

"Genius", another praised.

"I love that idea", someone else gushed.
