Frustratingly, all women can agree that one of the biggest bugbears in life is the inability to have a smooth bikini line after shaving. Once the blade has glided over our skin, no amount of product will stop the inevitable bumps or strawberry-like appearance.
Thankfully, a woman claims to have found a helpful remedy to rid us of this gruelling issue with a product that costs an inexpensive £1.79. Chantal Derrick took to popular video-streaming service TikTok to rave about the product - and she has now been labelled a "life-saver" for sharing her top tip for how she maintains her smooth skin.

The TikToker admitted that she initially found the remedy after stumbling across another woman's video - who prompted her to seek the UK equivalent of the American product.
After a bit of research, she discovered that the UK alternative for the miracle product was none other than Germolene - an antiseptic cream.
"Game-changer for bikini shave rash omgggggg!!!" Chantal captioned the post of her video.
She explained: "This is just a quick one for the ladies - I can't remember whose video it was, but there was a girl who was talking about getting a shaving rash.
"She started using this cream that began with an N, but it was an American brand, so I googled what the British version of that is and it's Germolene.
"Anyway, I shaved today and I put this on - and there was no shaving rash! None whatsoever!"
She continued: "I don't know why I didn't know about this before! [The woman] explained that obviously when you shave it cuts, isn't it?
"I used it this morning and I usually do get a shaving rash, but I put this on - I just put a little bit on.
"It's been about two hours now and I just looked than when I went to the toilet and not a single rash or anything! Not even strawberry skin or whatever it's called."
"This is a game-changer!" She exclaimed.
The cream is available to purchase at health and beauty retailer Superdrug for just short of £2.
Chantal's clip, which has already surpassed a jaw-dropping 830,000 views to date, was flooded by comments from fellow TikTokers to praise the discovery.
"Lifesaver you are, thanks girl," one gushing user wrote.
Another said: "Wooo life-saver!"
"No way!! I take this cream every where I go," a third added.
In the meantime, other users shared alternative uses for the product, whilst others mentioned another popular item that provides similar results.
"Sudocrem works the same also," a user suggested.
A different user commented: "It's amazing on spots too. I use it on everything."
