Officers were told that the woman "grabbed the child by the arm." Police said the boy was able to break free from her grip and stayed with his mother, adding that he sustained no injuries.
In the force's appeal, released on Monday, March 20, it included a description of the woman. She is described as white, around 40 years-old or older, and was in possession of a black and white umbrella which had pictures of cats on it.
