Woman fuming as Mac Miller tribute tattoo has glaring spelling error

When you're making the huge decision to get a tattoo, you and whoever is doing the ink will want to make sure everything is perfect. The likelihood is, you will have approached them with ideas or your own rough drawing of what you want, and they'll design something off the back of that.

This didn't happen for one woman though, and Courtney, who posts under username @courtney.mmk took to TikTok to show the spelling fail that had been inked permanently onto her skin.

Thankfully though, she thought of a sneaky way to ensure that the mistake was rectified - and nobody would ever suspect a thing.

She captioned the video: "That's rough", whilst over the top of the video it read: "POV: The Mac be Millering after seeing my misspelled tattoo."

The video saw Courtney looking distressed throughout thanks to the error.

She'd got the tattoo as a tribute to Mac Miller who tragically died in 2018. One of his albums was called 'The Divine Feminine', so she wanted 'Divine Feminine' on her chest, but the tattoo artist hadn't understood the assignment properly, spelling 'Divine' as 'Devine'.

People flocked to the comments to make her feel better about her tattoo fail.

One hilariously wrote: "Babe half of us dropped out of college this generation won’t notice", to which Courtney replied: "The way I went back to the shop today and they said 'which word is misspelled?'"

Another commented: "LMAAAOO I have Devine on me too. Didn’t even notice it until about a year ago. Haven’t fixed it though. I just laugh now lol."

"This made me audibly gasp", someone added.

Thankfully though, Courtney remained one step ahead and decided to head back to the tattoo artist she got the ink at, and get them to change the font to make it look less obvious.

People were suggesting she scratch it off her skin before it healed, but she refused - and understandably didn't sound keen to get laser removal.
