A 45-year-old woman has been found dead at a unit in the Brisbane suburb of Annerley.
Police were called to the Franklin Street address about 9pm on Thursday, where they found the deceased woman inside the property.
The cause of the woman's death is still under investigation and a crime scene has been established.
A 53-year-old man, who is known to the woman and was located at the address by police, is assisting officers with their inquiries.
Forensic officers are expected to examine the scene today.
