A woman has been found dead in a Wirral house.
Merseyside police have confirmed they were called to the scene, in Pensby, after reports for concerns of the safety of a woman. When they arrived, at around 6.30am on Friday, June 23, they found a woman had died.
The 53-year-old's death is not being treated as suspicion and a file will now be prepared for the coroner. The women's next of kin have been informed and police remain at the property.

A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "We can confirm officers are currently in Pensby following a report of a concern for safety of a woman. Emergency services attended the scene at a home on Fishers Lane at around 6.30am this morning (Friday 23 June).
"A 53-year-old woman was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene and her next of kin have been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the Coroner. "
