"I once went to an all-you-can-eat buffet - and when the bill came I noticed that they had charged me twice," Poppy explained.

Obviously confused by the additional costs on her bill, she questioned the receipt and pondered over the excess costs.

"I questioned it and said, 'Why? - And he said that I ate too much!"

Whilst the situation initially seems horrifying, Poppy was quick to make light of the situation - and struggled to hold back her laughter in the viral clip - which has now been viewed by over 120,000 to date.

Being one of the several thousand who watched the clip, a user begged Poppy to clarify whether she paid for the meal.

She responded: "No, I argued and only paid the one flat rate."

Confused by the ordeal, another user penned: "That doesn’t make sense… it’s all you CAN EAT….. hahahaha."

Whilst many were triggered by Poppy's ordeal, several people commented on the video - a lot of whom shared their own nightmare experiences with fat-shaming.

"Patient asking me when the baby was due, I said it’s just cake, he was mortified," one user commented.

"Hopefully it taught him you never ask not until the baby’s coming out," one user commented.

A second wrote: "In the south of France went to a pharmacy for suntan lotion & pharmacist pointed me to the Slimfast display.

"He got the full Scottish radge!!"
