An Irish woman who claimed she was assaulted on Conor McGregor's yacht in Spain has now dropped a civil action case.
Samantha Murphy, 40, had made accusations of an alleged attack on a luxury yacht off a Spanish island last July.
She claimed that she suffered a broken arm when fleeing the boat and jumping into the water to escape the alleged attack.
But Ms Murphy is now believed to have filed High Court papers on Monday to terminate the case - just a month after the proceedings had begun.
Her solicitor Alvaro Blasco has told the Irish Independent that a "notice of discontinuance" was filed and that she wanted the case to be struck out.
Ms Murphy was said to be in Ibiza to celebrate McGregor's 34th birthday last July, and claimed the alleged assault took place on the MMA star's super-yacht, which was located off the Balearic island of Formentera.
She had claimed she was invited back to his yacht in the early hours of the morning with a number of other guests.
The woman said she was on board the yacht when the beating took place, but ended up in hospital after making her way to another boat following her jump into the water. She also claimed to have suffered sustained extensive bruising as well as her broken arm during the alleged incident.
A spokesperson for McGregor said he was "steadfast in his denial of all the accusations made by a guest on his boat" after the civil action was filed last month.
An application for an order which required McGregor to preserve evidence relating to the case - including CCTV and phone footage - was set to be heard in the High Court next week.
But that will now not go ahead after Ms Murphy filed papers terminating the Irish lawsuit.
