A furious guest who visited Pontins for an ultimate 80s weekend hen party was told the holiday camp 'destroyed' £1,000 of her luggage after she left.
Jessica Niblock, 29, visited the Southport holiday camp for a 48-hour party ahead of a friend's wedding, but head to leave early due to a family emergency.
Due to the rushed nature of her departure, she had to leave her suitcase, handbag and coat locked in her chalet.
Jessica says she told staff at the holiday park where her belongings were and said she would come back to collect them shortly.
The project co-ordinator, who lives in Widnes , assumed her belongings would be left with maintenance or in the lost property section.
However, four weeks later she still hasn't had her things back - and she says she was even told by one staff member that her possessions had been 'destroyed'.

Jessica claims when she went back to Pontins to try and retrieve her belongings, a staff member 'pretended to write' them down on a sticky note with a broken pen.
Speaking to the ECHO , Jessica said: "We were meant to leave at midday on Sunday but I got off at 7am. I had a lift home. You know when you're just in a frantic rush? But I was on a hen party and I didn't know hardly anyone."
Her friends had to carry their own luggage to the mini bus that would take them home, which was 'miles away', so Jessica thought it was best to just leave her case locked in the room and inform staff.
Jessica, who visited Pontins on a hen party of 19 women, said: "I thought I could just come back and get it. It was a carry-on case full of my things - clothes, perfume and everything.
"I left my Michael Kors coat and a case full of my clothes. My coat was worth £600 and the stuff in the case was worth about £500."
Four weeks on from her weekend at Pontins, which was over the weekend of March 9, Jessica still hasn't had her things back, although it appears at least some of her luggage is intact.
She claims she has been given the run around by Pontins and Britannia staff , with the company that owns the holiday park telling her they couldn't deal with her because she was not the main person on the booking.
When she tried to chase up her query with the staff at Pontins Southport directly, Jessica struggled to get anyone to call her back.

She said: "I rang last night [Thursday] and kicked off and they've apparently found my coat but not my case. It was all locked in the same room!
"I have been trying to got it back for four weeks. I feel like crying. I had to take a day off work to try and get it back.
"They did [previously] tell me it was destroyed. I was in work and had to leave."
She added: "I feel like they're just laughing at me. I feel like they've got my number saved in the mobile and they aren't answering. It's like they've never dealt with lost property before! I wouldn't have been there unless it was for a hen party."
Britannia were approached for a comment but did not respond by the time of publication.
