A woman has been arrested after three Barclays banks had their windows smashed.
The branch on Argyle Street was targeted in the early hours of Friday morning with the glass entrance left completely smashed.
Two other branches on Union Street in Aberdeen and Princes Street in Edinburgh were vandalised in the following days.
Police have now confirmed that a 37-year-old woman has been charged in connection with the incidents.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "A 37-year-old female has been charged in connection with the vandalism of business premises in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
"She has been arrested and charged in connection with incidents on Union Street in Aberdeen on Tuesday, 24 May, at Princes Street, Edinburgh on Monday, 23 May and Argyle Street and Waterloo Street in Glasgow on Friday, 20 May.
"She is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 26 May."
