A woman in New Jersey was charged after causing a disturbance at a motel pool in Wildwood Crest. The incident, which occurred on Monday afternoon, involved the woman allegedly attacking a 10-year-old boy, his father, and even biting a police officer.
According to police reports, officers were called to the motel on Ocean Avenue following reports of a fight. Witnesses described a highly intoxicated woman, later identified as 43-year-old Fallan Turner, behaving erratically in the pool area. Turner reportedly grabbed the young boy, swung him around, and pushed him underwater. When the boy's father intervened, Turner jumped on his back and made inappropriate physical contact.
As officers attempted to speak with Turner, she became increasingly belligerent, leading to her arrest. During the arrest process, Turner resisted by pushing one of the officers in the face. Upon arrival at the police headquarters for processing, Turner continued to be uncooperative and combative, even going as far as biting one of the officers' hands.
Turner is facing multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of children, aggravated assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest with force, criminal sexual contact, failure to allow fingerprinting, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Fortunately, the officers involved did not sustain significant injuries during the altercation.
