A Nottinghamshire health worker has described the moment she saw a "strange" object falling from the sky. While taking her son to school on Wednesday morning, January 18, Kayleigh Fletcher, of Aspley, saw an unusual sight in the sky at around 7.30am from Tilbury Rise.
The 35 year old said: "It is so strange, I was taking my son to school this morning and I saw something fall out of the sky, it looked like a helicopter I don't know what it was. There was some smoke coming out of it, but then something attached to it fell down to the ground.
"Then I went around the corner to the bus stop and a helicopter went straight to that point and then took off. It was dead weird."
Speaking about the video, she explained: "You can see the black dot underneath, there was something falling under it. It was weird.
"I didn't know whether it was a helicopter and then I panicked thinking a helicopter had gone down but another helicopter went to it."
