A woman has been arrested after police officers were called to an address in a quiet residential street in Edinburgh.
Five police cars rushed to the scene at 4.40pm at Burdiehouse Drive on Monday, December 19, and were there for a number of hours, blocking the street with two vehicles.
Police Scotland said a 32-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and will appear in court at a later date, though inquiries are ongoing.

This comes as images shared with Edinburgh Live show the street blocked off on Monday evening and an eyewitness said they saw a dog unit arrive on the scene too.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a disturbance at Burdiehouse Drive in Edinburgh at 4.40pm on Monday, December 19. A 32-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection and will appear at court at a later date.
“Inquiries are ongoing.”
