A woman has died after falling from a window in Stockport.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Wilkinson Road at around 12.45am this morning (Wednesday). Pictures seen by the Manchester Evening News showed a cordon in place near the Norris Towers building.
Tragically, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. She was aged in her 20s, police said.

There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances, a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police added. A report will now be prepared for the coroner.
Several police vehicles were pictured stationed on Wilkinson Road last night. An area near the tower block was cordoned off.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "Officers were called at 12.45am today (20 July 2022) to a report of a woman who had fallen from a window at an address on Wilkinson Road in Stockport. Emergency services attended and a woman in her 20s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances and a report is being prepared for HM Coroner."
