A pensioner has been hospitalised following a collision in Llanharan.
Police were alerted to the incident which occurred at around 11.30am on Monday, January 17, on Bridgend Road in Llanharan.
A blue Citroen C1 collided with an 84-year-old woman from the area.

She was transported to Royal Glamorgan Hospital, in Llantrisant, where she is receiving treatment for her injuries.
Officers are investigating the incident and have asked anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
A statement from the force read: "Officers are investigating a road traffic collision which happened around 11.30am on Monday, January 17 on Bridgend Road, Llanharan.
"We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed or has footage of the incident, or saw anything that may be relevant to the investigation.
