Woman, 20, suffers serious facial injuries in 'unprovoked attack by group of youths'

A young woman has suffered serious facial injuries after being attacked by a group outside a Cheshire retail park. The offenders fled the scene following the unprovoked attack, with some believed to have been on bicycles. The victim was taken to the nearby Halton General Hospital, where she remains in hospital receiving treatment for her injuries.

Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing. Detectives are urging anyone with any information or dashcam footage that may aid their investigation to get in touch.
