What Is Wolf Man About?
After inheriting his childhood home in Oregon, Blake (Christopher Abbott) convinces his wife Charlotte (Julia Garner) and daughter Ginger (Matilda Firth) to make the trek from San Francisco to Oregon to visit the house.
While driving at night, a mysterious creature attacks the family and wounds Blake. The family manages to escape and find shelter inside the home. However, the danger might be inside their home, as Blake quickly transitions into a monstrous creature.
Wolf Man’s ensemble includes Sam Jaeger, Ben Prendergast, Benedict Hardie, Zac Chandler, Beatriz Romilly, and Milo Cawthorne.
Leigh Whannell (Saw, The Invisible Man) directs Wolf Man from a screenplay he co-wrote with Corbett Tuck. Wolf Man opened to mixed reviews, 59% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 49 on Metacritic.

Per Polymarket, Wolf Man is expected to open in the high teens for a 3-day weekend. Being that it’s a holiday weekend, Wolf Man‘s four-day total should be above $20 million (The Wrap).
This would be the highest opening for Blumhouse since 2023.
