Lutron Caséta Wireless In-Wall Dimmer Starter Kit
Street Price: $160; Deal Price: $120
If you’ve been interested in upgrading a few of the switches in your home, this is a good deal on a starter kit that includes two switches, one bridge, and two remotes. Usually priced at $160, this Caséta kit is down to $120, matching the lowest price we’ve seen. It’s a deal we see every few months, but we’ve yet to see this kit lower.
The Lutron Caseta Wireless In-Wall Dimmer is the top pick in our guide to the best in-wall wireless light switch and dimmer. Rachel Cericola wrote, “The Lutron Caséta Wireless In-Wall Dimmer is a reliable smart replacement that provides remote on-off, dimming, and scheduling, similar to its competition. However, the single-pole dimmer offers support for more smart-home platforms, including HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home, than any model we tested. (More on that below.) It’s also the only model with a multi-button keypad, and the only wireless switch we tested that doesn’t require a neutral wire, which means you can install it in locations where most other models won’t work. The easy-to-use app includes geofencing, scenes, and a Smart Away feature that makes it look like you’re home when you’re not.”

Cuisinart CPK-17 PerfecTemp Cordless Electric Kettle
Street Price: $80; Deal Price: $61
If you’re looking for reliability and consistency in a kettle with straightforward controls, the Cuisinart CPK-17 PerfectTemp Cordless Electric Kettle is a nice option. Perfect for tea preparation and other hot water needs, this deal at $61 is the lowest price we’ve seen, down from recent deal prices at $70 that were good in their own right. A simple-to-use daily option, this is a great discount and one worth jumping on immediately.
The Cuisinart CPK-17 is the top pick in our guide to the best electric kettle. Michael Sullivan, Winnie Yang, and Tim Barribeau wrote, “The Cuisinart CPK-17 won us over with its consistent performance and easy-to-use interface. In our tests, we found very little variation in the amount of time it took to bring water to a boil, and we were also impressed with its accuracy in holding water at a set temperature. It has six preset temperature choices, each with a dedicated button, as well as buttons to start boiling and to activate the Keep Warm feature. It emits alerts when you press a button and when the water reaches its target temperature, but unlike with some of the other models we tested, those beeps aren’t too obnoxious or annoying. The three-year warranty is also quite a bit more generous than the coverage for similarly priced electric kettles.”

Jackery PowerBar Portable AC Outlet Charger
Street Price: $129; Deal Price: $109 w/ code POWERBAR
Use code POWERBAR at checkout through Amazon for a discount that drops this recommended portable charger with an incorporated AC outlet down to a new low of $109. Prior to this deal, we’d never seen this battery pack drop below $120. While this option isn’t an absolute necessity for those with laptops that can charge via USB-C port, if your laptop lacks USB-C it’s a very nice choice.
The Jackery PowerBar is the top pick in our guide to the best portable AC battery pack. Mark Smirniotis wrote, “The Jackery PowerBar is the best portable power bank for anyone who wants to charge laptops or other small devices with an AC power adapter. At just 1.5 pounds and not much bigger than a pint glass, the PowerBar is light enough and small enough to carry in a laptop bag or backpack. Its 85-watt output is enough for most laptop power adapters to charge their laptop at full speed, and the 77-watt-hour capacity will charge most laptops at least once or charge most smartphones every night for three weeks. Of the models we’ve tested, the PowerBar is the first to recharge via a USB-C port, eliminating the need for you to pack or carry a dedicated power adapter when you’re away from home. (If you have a laptop that can charge from a USB-C port, you don’t need the AC outlet of the batteries in this guide; you can choose a less expensive option from our guide to USB-C battery packs.)”

De’Longhi Dragon 4 TRD40615T Space Heater
Street Price: $100; Deal Price: $84
Typically priced around $100, this recommended model from De’Longhi is on sale for $84, the best price we’ve seen in over a year. We recently reintroduced a radiator-style space heater pick to our dedicated guide, and this one’s near-silent operation makes it viable for even the most noise-sensitive. It’s also featured in our Airbnb hosting guide as a recommended option for larger spaces.
The De’Longhi Dragon 4 TRD40615T is the radiator-style pick in our guide to the best space heater. Sabrina Imbler, Tyler Wells Lynch, and Séamus Bellay wrote, “No oil-filled radiator warms up a room as quickly and evenly as a ceramic or open-element model, both of which employ fans to spread hot air quickly. But a radiator like the De’Longhi TRD40615T can hold heat longer than any ceramic model, making it slightly more energy efficient, with a burly, all-metal construction that’s more durable than the build of our other, plastic-clad picks. This De’Longhi model in particular is sturdier, more attractive, and cooler to the touch than any other oil-filled radiator heater we tested.”

AO Coolers 24 Pack Soft Cooler – Navy Blue
Street Price: $60; Deal Price: $45
Down to $45 from $60 in a continuation of what was originally a one-day Amazon sale, this is an excellent drop on this recommended soft cooler in the navy blue color only. In our guide, we praise it for being, “lightweight, sturdy, well-insulated, and easy to pack.” Whether you’re planning on tailgating or road-tripping, this cooler is a bargain relative to the competition.
The AO Coolers 24 Pack Soft Cooler is the top pick in our guide to the best soft cooler. Kit Dillon wrote, “The AO Canvas Series Cooler insulated on par with the best coolers in the test. I loaded every cooler with 9 pounds of ice over a 24-hour period outdoors, exposed to direct midday sun, and this one left us with 8 cups of meltwater. That was only beaten by the two best-performing coolers in our test—both of which cost more than $150. The meltwater measured a half cup more than the Polar Bear Eclipse, which is twice the price, and a quarter cup more water than the Yeti, a cooler that’s four times as expensive as our pick.”
