'Winning the league' - Arsenal fans make Man Utd and Tottenham prediction after fixture reveal

Arsenal's Premier League fixtures for the upcoming 2023/24 season have been revealed as Mikel Arteta plots the course his team will take on their way towards another title challenge. The Gunners emerged as surprise contenders for the league early last campaign, setting a blistering pace.

Firmly in the conversation for the title, reinforcements in January helped them sustain such a push until a flurry of tough results saw them drop points and finish second to Manchester City. With a young squad at his disposal and a summer transfer window now here, Arteta has plenty to be able to mount another push.

The campaign starts with a home clash against Nottingham Forest, a side who have typically caused the north London outfit some troubles, but usually at the City Ground rather than the Emirates Stadium. A trip to Crystal Palace before a home game against Fulham adds some London clashes to the occasion.

A huge clash at the Emirates Stadium against Manchester United is next before a trip to Goodison Park to face Everton rounds out the first five fixtures. The first north London derby is played out on September 23, with Arsenal hosting first, with the reverse fixture set for April 27, a date that could see the Gunners win the league against their old foes.

If the Gunners are in a title race again, their rivals are likely to be Manchester City, with the first key clash playing out in London on October 7 and the second set for March 30. Arsenal's final game of the campaign will be at home to Everton, with many hoping there may be a party atmosphere come May 19.
