The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Dunnes Stores in Blackrock on Thursday, March 16.
Meanwhile, there were even more winners in Saturday night’s Lotto draw which saw 83 players get a massive boost to their winnings as the National Lottery topped up the Lotto Plus Raffle with an additional €1 million.
Last night, there were 83 Raffle winners which meant the boosted prize fund divided out to a prize of €12,548 each.
The winning Lotto Plus Raffle number was 8263.
With so many big winners the National Lottery is urging players nationwide to check their tickets very carefully.
A spokesperson said: “The two big winners of the night from Meath and Dublin are advised to sign the back of their winning ticket and keep them safe.
