Wimbledon day 2 - all British tennis stars playing today and how to watch them

British tennis stars Emma Raducanu and Andy Murray took to Centre Court yesterday as Wimbledon kicked off with both Brits coming out as winners in their first-round matches.

Emma Raducanu, 19, beat Alison van Uytvanck 6-4, 6-4 during her Centre Court debut.

Meanwhile, two-time Wimbledon champion Andy Murray maintained his record of never losing in the first round of Wimbledon as he beat James Duckworth 4-6 6-3, 6-2 6-4.

A total of nine Brits played yesterday, and only two lost out on securing second-round places.

Wimbledon fans will be hoping for a similarly successful performance from the British players today.

As Wimbledon day two kicks off, here’s all the UK players competing today and how you can watch them.

Which Brits are playing on day two of Wimbledon?

A total of 12 British players will be competing at Wimbledon today.

The full list of Brits (in bold) playing on day two and the time their match is at is as follows:

  • Ryan Peniston vs Henri Laaksonen - 11am
  • Katie Swan vs Marta Kostyuk - 11am
  • Jay Clarke vs Christian Harrison -12.30pm – to finish, Harrison leads 7-6(3) 6-1 5-5
  • Sonay Kartal vs Danka Kovinic - 12.30pm
  • Paul Jubb vs Nick Kyrgios - 12.30pm
  • Heather Watson vs Tamara Korpatsch – to finish, level at 6-7(7) 7-5 0-0
  • Alastair Gray vs Tseng Chun-Hsin - 2pm
  • Liam Broady vs Lukas Klein - 4pm
  • Jack Draper vs Zizou Bergs - 4pm
  • Katie Boulter vs Clara Burel - 4.30pm
  • Harriet Dart vs Rebeka Masarova - 6pm
  • Dan Evans vs Jason Kubler - 6pm

How to watch Wimbledon day two

The BBC is providing multi-court coverage of Wimbledon day two all day today.

You can tune into BBC Two for live coverage from 11am to 7pm.

BBC One is providing live coverage from 1:45pm to 6pm and again from 7pm to 8:30pm.

You can also stream the live coverage from BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport app or the BBC Sport website.

If you miss any of the action today, you can catch up by watching the highlights “Today at Wimbledon”, which will be shown on BBC Two at 8:30pm and will also be available on the BBC’s digital platforms.
